Yogurt每一天


最近我都一直有吃Yogurt,有时觉得很Plain没有味道,就上网找找看有什么可以加料。


家婆自己种的Mulberries

Banana + Mulberries

再加入Plain Yogurt (Nutrigen的Yogurt比较好吃,Dutch Lady的比较酸)

老实说,自从我Yogurt每一天,我的排泄物也很够力一下,每天去到Office大概10点左右就有feel了,准备就绪要做Chocolate Cake! 有时我隔壁的同事也会温馨提醒 " 够钟疴屎啦" !
